This is not the case for products with embroidery. For customized products you need to count 3 additional working days, before the order can be shipped.

You have received your items but the size or the shape doesn't fit ? No worries, we accept returns up to 30 days after you received your parcel.
CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS WITH EMBROIDERY
Because of the unique character of these products with embroidery, we are, according to the article L121-21-7 Consumer Code, not accepting any returns.
Therefore we advice you to take enough time and to pay attention while ordering products with embroidery.
The returns within France and the majority of the countries in the EU are for free. Therefore you need to follow the instructions on the site « order history and details » within your account and click on « ask for a return ».
If you don’t want to use this service or if you are living in a country outside the EU, you need to send the articles back on your own cost. This is not the case, if the product has manufacturing defects or if the articles are not the same as in your initial order. Please get in touch with our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org in order to receive a pre-paid voucher for your return.
The return is on the customer’s own risk . The articles need to be in the original package and in perfect condition (unworn and unwashed). If possible, please add the delivery note as well.

If the customer is not respecting the conditions, especially the conditions for returns, LE SLIP FRANÇAIS can’t offer any refunds or vouchers for the concerning articles.
After we receive the return, you will get a confimation via mail.
Within the followng 15 days, we will either send you your voucher or we will refund you the money. Therefore, we will use the bank account/ the PayPal account that has been used before. In case that you payed via a bank wire transfer or a cheque we will get in touch with you.
