DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Every parcel is shipped within 24h after your order is placed (except on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays)

All orders are dispatched and shipped on the same day if you place your order before noon (except on week-ends and bank holidays). You'll be notified by e-mail once the parcel is shipped and you'll receive a tracking number to follow the delivery of your parcel.

Free delivery to France on orders over £50

Home delivery via Colissimo within 48/72h: £6 tax incl. | free over £50

Pick up point delivery via Mondial relay within 3/5 days: £4.50 tax incl. | free over £50

Home delivery with TNT express in 24h: £12 tax incl.

Free delivery to the UK, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Itlay and Spain on orders over £50

Home delivery within 4 to 8 days depending on the country: £6,00 TTC tax incl. | free over £50

For a delivery to Switzerland, customs fees can be charged and are at the expense of the client, products being charged without taxes.

Free delivery to USA and the rest of the world on orders over £150

Home delivery within 4 to 12 days depending on the country: £20 tax incl. | free over £150

For a delivery outside the EU, customs fees can be charged and are at the expense of the client, products being charged without taxes.

Returns accepted within 30 days (exchange or refund)

You have received your items but the size or the shape doesn't fit? No worries, we accept returns for exchange or refund up to 30 days after you received your parcel.

Return process

Returns are offered via B2C Europe (Return note usable for 7 days). To profit from the free return policy follow the instructions given on the site Order history and details and go on the RETURN PRODUCT in the details of your order.

This also applies to switch the same item for a different size.

If you want to return your item without using the prepaid service offered or the service is not available for your country, then you will have to send the product in at your own cost. However, in case of a default in the fabrication or the items received do not correspond to your order the return is offered by Le Slip Français. Then please contact the email address bonjour@leslipfrancais.fr and a prepaid return ticket will be send to you.

The return is at risk of the customer. Items should be return in their initial condition, new and unworn in their original packaging. The received receipt that accompanied the order should be send with the return.
