How do I return my order ?

If you made a purchase from our online shop less than 60 days ago:

Due to uncertainty about the consequences of Brexit, it is unfortunately no longer possible for us to ensure free returns for our customers in the UK. The return costs are at the customer's expense. Some other EU countries are eligible to free returns according to our delivery partners.

You can use the Hermes service to obtain a pre-prepared return label, the product(s) must be returned at your expense unless you received a defective product or an item which does not correspond to your order. Please contact our customer care team in this case at bonjour@leslipfrancais.fr to obtain a prepaid return label.
Please make sure that the product is returned in its original packaging and condition, new, unworn, unwashed and with the return label, to the following address:

Please make sure to attach the following information:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your address
- Your receipt or gift receipt

If the conditions are not met, especially our returns and refund conditions,  LE SLIP FRANÇAIS is not able to proceed to refund your returned items.
